Knoxville Residents Directory is a private reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections associated with Knoxville and Tennessee. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with an office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service or material reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency Role
Knoxville Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.
